DIRECTIONS
If you have ever made instant oatmeal for breakfast, you are more than qualified to prepare PRO OATS.
All it takes is a few easy steps and your oatmeal is ready in less than a minute:

HOT WATER Pour out a little more than 1/3 cup of PRO OATS into a bowl. Add at least 1/2 cup hot water, stir well & let stand about a minute. |

MICROWAVE Pour out a little more than 1/3 cup of PRO OATS into a bowl. Add about 2/3 cup water, stir well & cook on for 1-2 minutes. |
Use more or less water depending on how thick you like your oatmeal.
PRO OATS is purposely not oversweetened. Most of its flavor and sweetness comes from the generous helping of dried fruit in each serving. For those who prefer their oatmeal sweeter, we recommend adding honey, maple syrup or agave nectar for an additional sugar kick.
